Innofocus warmly invites global customers to challenge Innofocus’ Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) manufacturing capabilities!

We invite you to submit fabrication requests and receive FREE, fully customized FBG samples precisely tailored to your requirements. Your requests can be specified to:

  • Any fiber (SMF, MMF, MCF, PMF, or specialty fibers provided by customers)
  • Any working wavelength (visible, IR)
  • Any fiber grating (high reflection, chirped, long period, tilt)

If your challenge is accepted by Innofocus, you will receive 5 of your requested FBGs FREE of charge, shipped within one month after challenge is formally accepted. We will also save your unique fabrication recipe, reducing R&D time for future orders and ensuring the shortest possible lead time. The Challenge Process:

  1. Submit your challenge – Complete the form below (it takes less than 5 minutes).
  2. Finalize specifications – we will contact you to discuss and finalize the specifications.
  3. Our evaluation process– Innofocus will assess your request based on scientific soundness, required resources, and estimated fabrication time etc.
  4. Acceptance confirmation – If challenge is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email.
  5. Customer confirmation – Reply to confirm the request is still valid, and that you can measure the required parameters and provide feedback to Innofocus.
  6. Fabrication – Innofocus will initiate production upon receiving your confirmation and complete fabrication within one month.
  7. Sample delivery – Finished samples will be shipped to you.
  8. Testing and feedback – Within one month of receiving the samples, we kindly ask you to perform measurements and share results with us, including data and measurement details.
  9. Optimization – If the samples fail to meet challenge requirements, Innofocus will further optimize until the requirements are successfully met.

Customer Request Form

To help us better understand your FBG fabrication requirements, we invite you to complete the application form to participate in this challenge. It takes less than five minutes to finish, and we look forward to receiving your submission!

Processing Notes

  • The requests must be valid and scientifically sound.
  • Incomplete submissions will be returned for clarification before technical review.
  • All submissions will be evaluated for technical feasibility, required resources, market readiness, the urgency and volume of demand, and the complexity of the optimization process.
  • If the challenger has specific or custom-made fibers for grating fabrication, they can ship them to Innofocus for use in the challenge.
  • The challenger must have the capability to evaluate the samples and provide Innofocus feedback to confirm if the requests have been successfully met.
  • If there are existing commercial products that can serve as benchmarks, please provide and upload their specifications and application scenarios so we can align with the relevant performance indicators.

Sensors and Demodulators

Innofocus’s UFBG sensors and demodulators are immune to humidity, radioactivity and chemical corrosion, enabling them to have broad applications for a variety of sensing systems.

Innofocus’s sensors have high temperature and pressure stability. The applicable temperature can be up to 1000 °C, and applicable pressure can be up to 60 MPa.

  • UFBG Soil Pressure Sensor
